Founder / CEO :
A Corporate Lawyer trained in the UK with an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Digital Transformation strategies from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, Andrey has tremendous cross-industry experience and now focuses on Healthcare Technology and Artificial Intelligence. He has designed and built a SaaS Solution for Hospitals and secured a Grant from CRADLE. He is now focused on helping clients build data foundations to support Digital Transformation and leveraging on Artificial Intelligence. He led and negotiated a RM4 million project with the Ministry of Health to send “Blue Babies” from Malaysia to Narayana Hospital in Bangalore for surgery. Trusted and well regarded for his strict results-driven approach, he led and secured JCI Accreditation for ASIRI Group of Hospitals in Sri Lanka. With 25 years in Legal Advisory and Management Consulting, Andrey is passionate about Leadership & Governance, Digital Transformation and Healthcare Innovation for Hospitals.
DR. NOELANI D’CRUZ
Founder / Medical Advisor :
Dr Nel is an experienced Radiologist and Clinical Head with 15 years’ experience and expertise in the design, set-up and operations of Imaging Departments. Her strengths are in Revenue generation, Policies, SOP’s, Reporting systems, Organizational structures and the Imaging Business. Dr Nel works closely with Hospital Management to deliver ROI for investment into CT and MRI Machines. She brings business awareness and pragmatic real-world experience of challenges in clinical settings and hospital operations to the Team at PULSE. She is passionate about Leadership, Governance and Team Culture in Hospitals.
SURESH THIRU
Angel Investor / Advisor :
Suresh a graduate of MIT and has proven expertise in Technology Platforms design and development. Suresh as COO led the growth of Jobstreet.com across Southeast Asia. Having sold Jobstreet.com to SEEK, Australia for RM1.73 Billion (USD 433 Million) in 2014, Suresh was then asked to be Group CEO of SEEK Asia covering the entire ASEAN region including Hong Kong. With 30 years’ experience, Suresh today is a Partner at 1337 Ventures and Board member of Technology companies and is an Angel Investor and Mentor. He brings tremendous Technology leadership experience to the team at PULSE.

Formerly from Boston Consulting Group and Head of IT ASEAN at Microsoft Corporation, Ganesh has 25 years’ experience and is well respected in the ASEAN region for introducing AI-Enhanced Analytics, Advanced automation processes and a 95% success rate for regional deployment at Microsoft. Ganesh is passionate about IT Governance, Risk Management, AI and Cybersecurity. He brings his tremendous skill and IT expertise to our team at PULSE.
SWATI KHANDELWAL

Ms. Khandelwal is a graduate in Health Management with an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, India. She worked at Boston Consulting Group and has consulted for hospitals like Aditya Birla in India, ASIRI Group in Sri Lanka, Lagoon Hospital in Nigeria and American Hospital in Doha for JCI Accreditation. Highly skilled in conducting Quality Measures, Operational Gaps, Internal Audits, Quality Improvement and Performance Metrics for Hospitals for over 20 years. She is also an expert in Digital Transformation for Hospitals and has trained over 300 Doctors to utilise Digital Platforms and CX Products at Narayana Hospital in Bangalore, India. She brings a wealth of experience in Hospital operations and Digital Transformation to the team at PULSE.

Ms. Harvinder is a graduate in Nursing from the Guru Gobind Singh Institute of Management with an MBA and a Postgraduate in General Administration (PGDM/MBA), specializing in Healthcare Management. She has more than 20 years’ experience in Hospital Gap Assessments, Risk Assessment, Quality, OHSAS and Environment Management. She is passionate about Training and Development of Nurses with a specialist focus on Infection Control management in Hospitals. An expert in both JCI and NABH Accreditation, she has consulted for Jupiter Hospital in India, Hemas Group in Sri Lanka, Addu Equatorial Hospital in the Maldives and run Infection Control Audit workshops for IHH Group of Hospitals.
